Building tools that actually help people

I started my career in recruitment, which taught me something that no engineering course does: how people actually work, what problems slow them down, and why the gap between a tool's intended use and its real-world use is almost always enormous.

That people-first lens followed me into data. At Vodafone Group I spent over a decade as a Data Insight Specialist — building dashboards, automating reporting pipelines, and translating raw telemetry into decisions that affected millions of customers. I worked across business analysis, process design, and digital strategy, picking up a strong practical feel for what "good data" actually means in production.

When large language models became genuinely useful I pivoted hard into AI development. I'm neurodivergent (ADHD), which means I build with a specific sensitivity to cognitive load, clarity, and the kind of friction that makes people abandon tools. That shapes everything I ship.
